Celebrating its fifth year, Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) and Porc Blasus invite you to enter our annual competition to find the nation’s best sausage!
The competition will once more return to the Royal Welsh Show this summer, with the three shortlisted finalists judged at a special event on the Thursday of the show. Featuring celebrity judges, the final is one of the highlights of the week on the HCC stand.
The lucky winner will also automatically qualify for the UK-wide Champion of Champions Sausage competition, which will take place at the Butcher Shop of the Year Awards in February 2024.
To enter, all you have to do is fill in your details by following the link below. The form will ask you to list the ingredients of your sausage and very briefly outline why you think it should win.
The deadline for the written entries (the form should take no more than 5 minutes) is Friday 30 June. A link to the form and further details about how to supply us with a sample of your sausage can be found here.
