The best bangers in Wales
We set out for the fifth time in 2023 to find the best bangers Wales had to offer with our Put Your Best Sausage Forward competition.
Made with the skill and creativity the industry in Wales is lauded for, sausages were sent in from all over Wales using different spices, herbs, and flavours to make them delicious and unique.

A match made in heaven
Back in 2022, we joined forces with broadcasters Sam and Shauna (of Hang Fire fame) and rugby legend Scott Quinnell for an exclusive Porc Blasus video masterclass.
They cooked up some BBQ porc tomahawks, served with Sam and Shauna’s mouth-watering West Indian salsa verde and grilled potato steaks.
