National Butchers’ Week is one of the highlights of the UK butchery calendar, with butchers around the country encouraged to engage with existing customers and attract new meat-lovers. Taking place this year between 07 – 13 March, National Butchers’ Week 2022 will celebrate retail butchers across the UK that have supported communities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Backed by the Meat Trades Journal, the event aims to highlight the hard work done by butchers over the past year, providing butchers with the perfect opportunity to engage with existing customers and win over new ones.
National Butchers’ Week is a great opportunity to share your wares with your customers. . If you have any Porc from Wales Week recipe magazines left over from January’s event, now’s the time to use them up!
If you’re stuck for a bit of inspiration, you can always point customers in the direction of our Porc Blasus recipe section for some mouth-watering meals that they can make using produce bought direct from you – their local butcher.
