Later this summer we’re hosting our first ever ‘Posh Sausage Pop-Up’ and we’d like to offer you the chance to be the supplier.
Complete with dining tables and waiting staff, in a busy soon-to-be-confirmed Cardiff location, the Posh Sausage Pop-Up is set to offer lucky shoppers a unique dining experience.
A shortlist of Porc Blasus members will be invited to put their ‘best sausage forward’ at our stand on Monday 23 July, at the Royal Welsh Show. The winning sausage will be judged by none other than Welsh Rugby Union referee Nigel Owens.
The lucky winner will not only be offered the chance to supply sausages for the pop-up, but also two tickets to the Butcher Shop of the Year Awards.
