- Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 160ºC fan / Gas 4.
- Line a roasting tin with a double layer of foil.
- Mix together the paprika, sugar, tomatoes, passata, chilli powder and apple. Pour this mixture into the tin; add the chops and coat in the sauce.
- Cook for about 45-60 minutes until the meat is tender and soft.
- Serve the chops with steamed mixed rice, smoky sauce and seasonal salad leaves.
