Our competition to find Wales’s top sausage returns for a third year – and this time we’re going virtual in our hunt for the best banger!
As there will not be a Royal Welsh Show this summer, we’ll instead be profiling the shortlisted three entries in a digital programme and announcing the winner via the Porc Blasus social media channels.
The lucky winner will automatically qualify for the UK and Ireland Champion of Champions Sausage competition, which will take place at the virtual Butcher Shop of the Year 2021 Awards in February 2022.
To enter, all you have to do is fill in your details, tell us the ingredients of your sausage and why you think it is special. You must be a verified member of Porc Blasus to enter.
Deadline for entries is Monday 21 June.
