- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together for the burgers. Divide into 4 and shape into burger shape. Place covered on a plate in the fridge until required.
- Gather all the other ingredients together ready or serving.
- Split the bread rolls and toast the cut side or place on a hot griddle until coloured.
- Remove the burgers from the fridge 10 minutes before cooking. They can be cooked on the BBQ, pan fry, grill each side or in the airfryer.
- Cook until the centre is cooked approximately 10 minutes.
- Place some of the sauce on the base of the bread roll, add lettuce, burger, cheese topped with the bacon, gherkins and more sauce.
- Serve with sweet potato wedges and salad

- 500g porc mince
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Seasoning
To assemble:
- Crispy streaky bacon slices
- Cheddar cheese squares
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced gherkins
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise mixed with 1 tbsp Siracha sauce
- 4 bread rolls of your choice
