- In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade, pour into a zip seal bag.
- Add the pork cubes into the bag and mic well, leave to marinade for at least 6 hours, overnight if possible.
- Pour onto a greased oven tray and cook in a hot oven for 25 minutes until cooked and crispy. (You can cook for 20 minutes on 200’C in the air fryer, check that they are cooked and crispy as air fryers can vary).
- Coat with a little bit of the glaze and put the rest in a bowl as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 5-6 Belly porc slices cut into small cubes.
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon fine flake salt
- ½ teaspoon chilli power
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Glaze and dipping sauce:
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

These salt and chilli belly pork bites can be prepared in the oven or the air fryer for ease. Perfect finger food if entertaining guests, simply serve and tuck in!
