We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this website is

We know of two elements of this website that are not fully accessible:

1) An outline style conflict could affect keyboard navigation highlights in the footer.
2) A video slider thumbnail navigation on the Porc From Week Wales page.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS)  (https://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com/).

Contacting us by phone or visiting us in person

During the COVID-19 pandemic we would caution against visiting the HCC office in person.

Currently we are not providing a text relay service, audio induction loops, or British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter. However we are looking into the feasibility of providing these services.
