Here at Red Valley Farm, we supply our very own free range porc, which is vacuum packed and frozen to really lock in that flavour. We breed and rear all our pigs on our farm in Carmarthen and we specialise in wild boar, which has a fantastic, deep flavour. In 2021 we also won the Porc Blasus Put Your Best Sausage Forward competition, an achievement we’re very proud of.
