We are a family run saddleback and rare breed sausage producer specialising in happy free range pigs being fed on natural feeds and foraging freely! Our sausages are 100% meat with only a few seasonings.
As a chef for 20+ years and my wife originally from a sheep farm we strive on family togetherness and team work from land to producing our fabulous sausages.
