I have a professionally trained chef background and I try to bring creativity and passion to my work. I have always had a interest in food and the providence of high quality produce. I started my butchery journey only 2 years ago after the pandemic made me rethink my entire career. I have never looked back. After working in another butchers for 18 months I decided it was time and I was eager to take on my own shop and a brand new challenge.
While working in the shop using any of the finest items or ingredients brings great excitement to my work. I try to elevate the produce wherever possible giving the meat the time and flavour it deserves keeping waste to an absolute minimum and using the snout to tail method within the business.
We try to use as much Welsh and British produce that we can where possible and will always favour quality over price. Our motto being “High Quality Produce at Affordable Prices”
