- 450g lean porc shoulder or leg, diced
- 1 medium leek, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 300ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC / 140ºC fan / Gas 3.
- Place all the ingredients into an ovenproof casserole dish.
- Mix well, cover and cook in the oven for 1½-2 hours until tender.
- Serve with mashed swede, potato and carrot and a mixture of seasonal vegetables.
