Porky Tails

Serves: 3 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes


  • 6 porc sausages
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs

To serve:

  • skewers


  1. In a saucepan, bring water to boil.
  2. Add the sausages and boil for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausages from the boiling water, and skewer each sausage.
  4. With a sharp knife, run around the sausage in a spiral down the length of the sausage.
  5. Pull the sausage along the full length of the skewer.
  6. Coat each sausage with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  7. Place on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes, peas, and your favourite dipping sauce.
